If you can perform hundreds of repetitions in any given exercise you are not using enough resistance. Your abs aren&#8217;t any different. Now we have to make an important distinction here. Imagine two sorts of landscape. One of them is rolling grass fields, maybe a few trees. The other is a desert. Now the one thing that you can be sure of in the first one is that it is hard to spot the edges of the hills &#8211; you see it&#8217;s all that grass. Not that there is anything wrong with grass, personally I love the green stuff. But it can hide the definition of the hill. It&#8217;s also great for all those small fluffy bunnies to hide in.<br />
Then there is the desert. Nowhere to hide. It&#8217;s been stripped bare of all the vegetation. One small rock sticks out a mile.<br />
You can probably see where I am going with this.<br />
You want your perfect abs to be the desert, not the green rolling hills. You want to make the best of what you have already. The problem that most of those people run into, is that after they stop being on the pills, they gain all their weight back and sometimes even more, because they failed to build a workout system or a healthy eating habit.<br/><br/>The best thing to do other than eating correctly is starting a daily workout routine like hip hop abs or rockin body. Now abs are the same as any other muscles in the body, it needs to be worked out, but if you work it out every day, your abs will get fatigued. Fatigued muscles are not the goal, so it would be smart to workout your abs like any other muscles, every other day. Another problem people run into is that if you have not been working out your abs, than they probably have no strength. So if you start by trying some crazy abdominal workout routines you can really injure yourself, and it most likely will be your back. Six pack abs, however, are easier said than done. With just the right diet and exercise you can get awesome abs and the six pack you&#8217;ve always wanted.<br/><br/><strong>The How&#8230;</strong><br/><br/>First things first&#8230;Lose the ab roller, ab lounge or other gimmicky product collecting dust in your closet. Don&#8217;t feel bad or embarrassed. We&#8217;ve all fallen for the promises of miracle transformations in the late-night infomercials. Heck, anything sounds good in the wee hours of the night. So good that I still have an ab contraption I&#8217;ve never even taken out of the box!<br/><br/>Second, no six pack abs workout plan will work unless you eat right. I&#8217;m not talking about a fad diet or special menu plan. Rather, something way more complicated. You&#8217;ve got to considerably reduce the fast foods, processed foods and plain &#8216;ole junk foods. With today&#8217;s gotta have it quick and gotta have it now environment, this will probably be the hardest task of all in your quest for six pack abs. But rest assured, it&#8217;s well worth it and will be much more fulfilling and satisfying than the &#8220;drive thru&#8221; delights you may be used to.<br/><br/><strong>The What&#8230;</strong><br/><br/>As a general rule, you should eat smaller, more frequent, nutritionally balanced meals. These are not just your typical crunches. Here, you want to work your abs from a variety of different angles in five to ten minute sessions, two to three times a week.
