Trying to work on your lower ab can be difficult and frustrating.  Especially when you’re not sure which exercises to do.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you the best lower ab workout.  That way, you’ll be able to have a great set of abs.The best lower ab workout is:1.  Leg raises.  This exercise can be done with you lying on the ground.  You’ll start off by letting your legs lay flat on the ground and then lift them straight up.  This will work your lower ab, which will really help you get a great stomach.You should do 4 sets of 15 reps.2.  Full crunches.  These can be done with a machine at your local gym or with you lying on the ground.  Full crunches consist of doing reverse crunches and regular crunches simultaneously at the same time.  It’s not as hard as it sounds.  You’ll do a regular crunch while at the same time, lifting your butt off the ground.You should feel your abs tightened from this movement.  You should do 3 sets of 20 reps with this exercise.3.  Hanging knee raises.  This is another exercise that’s part of the best lower ab workout.  Hanging knee raises can be done by hanging on a pull up bar at the gym.  While you’re hanging, you should lift your knees straight up.  You can do 2 sets of 20 reps.4.  reverse crunches.  Another exercise in the best lower ab workout is reverse crunches.  As stated above, all you have to do is lie on the ground in the same position as you would do a regular crunch, and lift your butt off the ground.  Do 3 sets of 10 reps.This is a lower ab workout that will help you hit the lower part of your abdomen muscles.  If you are serious about getting your stomach in shape and looking good, be sure to use the tips above.  It’ll help you get the best looking mid section.

Doing the best ab workout will help you get the best looking abs.  You may not know which workouts to do or what exercise will help you.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you the best ab workout.  That way, you’ll be able to get the best looking abs.The best ab workout includes these exercises:1.  Full crunches.  There’s a machine at your local gym that will allow you to do this exercise.  If you don’t have a gym membership, it’s ok.  All you have to do is regular crunch while simultaneously doing a reverse crunch.  You can perform a reverse crunch by lifting up butt up off the ground.You should do 3 sets of 20 reps.  This will hit your entire abs, including the upper and lower ab muscle.2.  Crunches.  This is another exercise that’s in the best ab workout.  Crunches will hit your upper abs.  You can do 4 sets of 25 reps.  This is another exercise that can be done either at home or at your gym.3.  Leg raises.  This is another great exercise that will help you get a great set of abs.  You can do leg raises either at your local gym or you can do it at home laying on the ground.  All you have to do is lie on the ground and lift your legs off the ground and then back to the starting position.You should do 3 sets of 20 reps.  This will help you work your lower ab muscles.This is the best ab workout.  If you are serious about getting a great mid section, be sure to use some of the exercises above.  You should do these exercises three times a week.  It’ll help you get the best looking mid section that people will notice.

How To Get Abs



Are muscular abs your goal, or would you prefer to settle for firm flat abs instead? I know that personally speaking I started out with the goal of getting muscular abs, but as time passed by and I went through the motions of getting my muscular abs, I slowly changed my mind. Now, instead of wanting muscular abs, I have decided to settle for firm flat abs instead. There is a hint of a six pack lurking around to be seen, but for the most part, my abs are not muscular, they are flat and firm.

What changed my mind? Well, a lot of things really, but this is not about me. This is a personal choice that you need to make and one that you will need to make soon enough when you reach that stage where you can either progress forwards with even more intensity and focus on getting muscular abs, or you can stay where you are and be content to keep the new shape that you have worked so hard to get.

What about you though? Where would you draw the line? Would you go in for firmer flatter abs than you have now, or would you push on striving to get muscular abs instead? Obviously you will need to be aware of the facts and things, and how you feel at the time, but in general, if you are not very fond of exercising (and I wasn’t and in fact, still am not), then you might find that going beyond the realm of firm flat abs is beyond you.

To get muscular abs you need to do so much more than if you only wanted firmer flatter abs. You will need to change your diet around almost completely so that you body has the proper nutrition it needs to help develop and keep, those muscular abs you want. You will have to cut down, or cut back completely on things like processed and sugary foods, empty calorie foods, alcohols and other things like grease laden meals from the diner around the corner.

Another thing that you will need to take into account, is that you will need to exercise more, not more frequently, but with more intensity in your workout than otherwise. As you can see in order to get the muscular abs you want, you will not only need to stay fit and work out more, but you will also need to watch what you eat. And after you weigh everything up, you can then decide whether you want to go in for muscular abs or not, at which point you will know exactly what you want of course.

How To Get Abs



The situation you are in, trust me, I have been there before and I have failed to get those flat abs going from gadget to gadget, machine after machine. You have probably, like I did, spent tons of money on so called ab machines that promise abs with just 5 minutes a day or whatever catch phrase they use.

You may even have researched all the ab exercises that are out there but with no real results. But I can tell you, without a doubt, there is definitely a way to get sexy toned abs and it is easier than any of those things you have already tried. Simple and easy, it is a little trade secret that most of the fitness industry keep to themselves. Here it is: belly fat.

I said simple and easy, right? Well it is. Get rid of belly fat and you will absolutely get those sexy abs! No no, no scoffing, not a joke or anything at all. It is also really easy to get rid of belly fat. It all boils down to whether you are willing to do it or not. Once you get rid of belly fat, your toned and defined muscles will completely show through.

Oh and by the way, you do not have to be considered overweight to have belly fat. Yes, you may not think that you have any fat on you but it is very true. Everyone has fat on them, especially in the belly area. If you do not see your ab muscles or consider yourself to have sexy abs, then you do have belly fat. But, the good thing is that it is very easy to lose that belly fat!

To fully understand how to lose your belly fat and get those flat abs, you have to understand the role of fat, in general, in your body. The only role of fat in your body is to serve as an energy source for your muscles. When your body is going about its every day routine, your body will naturally use the fat stored just below your skin to fuel your muscles.

When you workout, which I recommend doing, your body uses more fat since your muscles are working harder but it is still using up fat even when you are not working out. So the first thing that needs to be discussed if you want to get sexy toned abs is your diet, since it directly contributes to fat.

All food becomes fat even if it is only a portion of that food. With that in mind, your goal while you are striving to get great flat abs is to make sure your diet is very much focused on healthy, whole fresh foods. What you are going to want to avoid are processed foods, period.

An easy way to go about this, think lean because when YOU are lean, your sexy abs will show through. So go for fresh produce, as in fruits and vegetables, and fresh, high quality meats. Avoid anything found in a box or jar or that contains tons of chemicals. You have to build a foundation of healthy eating habits to begin to lose belly fat.

Now, the second part of this is your workout. You have to do it. But you do not have to use silly ab machines or odd ab exercises that are difficult to even visualize. What you need to burn fat is a great cardio workout and a great strength training workout because the cardio burns fat like nothing else and you will need the strength training to really give your muscles that extra push in toning and defining them.

As far as specific time or weight is concerned, it is best to try it out on your own first to see what level you are currently at. Once you get a feel for your level, keep pushing yourself at regular intervals, each week or each month, and you will soon see the difference. You will never even think about using ab machines again.
